I'm have the same issue with that disc. I've tried in 1.15.3, 1.16.5, 1.17.1 as well, all also failing to open disc. I'm trying other things now to get it off, but definitely not as easy as MakeMKV. I was able to extract a full ISO using AnyDVD, but that ISO, or mounting it and trying to open the fi...
