I just ran into this issue with Cast Away like OP. @Woodstock was right, the trivia is a subtitle track.

I am encountering this issue with Wreck-It Ralph. The correct playlist is 802, but 800 is identical. 800 is the version with Spanish words on the signs in the movie and 802 is the English.
