They inserted the BluRay version of the disc into a drive & MakeMKV was able to rip it. BluRay discs don't require an HK be downloaded like UHD discs do, so this is expected. You need to fix the "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed." issue to rip the UHD disc. Fixing Volume...

I see usb ports on the Zidoo Z9X. Can I just plug a portable hard drive with mkv movies into the usb port and play the movies? Sorry, newbie here.
