The only audio files in the mkv file are English, each time I am very carefully removing all the subtitles and French/Spanish audio.

I have backed up my CE3K 3 times converting with handbrake. I keep getting files that have a Spanish vocals. Each time I am very carefully removing all the subtitles and French/Spanish audio. I keep getting files with the Spanish language and no option to change to English.
Any help?
