I'm getting the same issue. I've ripped a few dozen owned UHD titles, but then started getting this error when I started on disc 2 of the Game of Thrones UHD set. This error persists with every disc I try now. I'm still reading up on the various posts regarding this issue, but I'm a little at a loss...
