I've rerun and sent a new debug log to the support email address; I didn't resend the IFOs. It was created by ticking the box in preferences and then restarting MAKEMKV and converting the DVD; the error was the same as before and no MKV file was generated. To my eye the log looks the same as before....

Can't see any damage to the disc. I've even cleaned it with a cleaning machine. Still the same problems appear. Disc plays perfectly normally on a DVD player or even with Media Player on the machine I'm using MakeMKV on

I'm in the process of converting my DVD and BluRay collection to digital. I've converted 30 or so with no problem. Very impressed with MakeMKV and bought a full license last week. However, I have a problem with three of my James Bond films. This is The Man With The Golden Gun which seems to process ...
