Mike still hasn't fixed the tie-in between AV sync messages and empty subtitle tracks. Forced subtitle tracks are created if any subtitles are tagged as "forced", and empty subtitle tracks like that are tossed at the end. One of these days, he'll fix the AV sync message being tied to it, ...

Have anyone successful ripped this movie without audio skip in certain scene?

So I received my drive in the mail. Rip couple 4k movies and then plugged it in the TV and Blu-ray player USB port. Picture looks great but it can pick up Dolby vision or atmos tracks. Also no subtitles option. Is there a way to watch Dolby vision and atmos on my TV/ AVR ?

What is the best media player for properly decoding mkv movies with Dolby vision and atmos, also subtitles? Tried first rip movie on my Sony TV and Blu-ray Player but it only shows in HDR and LPCM audio tracks, no subtitles option. I'm looking at Nvidia shield

I just want to rip the movies to the external hard drive or whatever the easiest and then plug it my tv or avr. What are your recommendations? I don't have a lot blu-ray or 4k movies
