How do I reset all the MakeMKV settings back to the defaults? I realize there are registry values and I could go hand delete them all but wonder if there is a nicer way to do that.

1. MakeMKV closed, drive unplugged
2. blew away _private_data.tar
3. manually copied sdf.bin into the %User%/.MakeMKV dir
4. plugged in drive
5. opened MakeMKV
