Thanks so much for the replies. As Billy mentioned, we chatted via email and ended up solving with an autoflasher before these responses came through. It does seem to have been related to a full bootloader flash with HBD, though I'm out of my league here, so not sure whether I've understood ...

I have the LG BP50NB40 and am a bit confused by this section:

WP/BP50NB40 to > BP50NB40-NB50-1.03MK then to > BP60NB10 1.02MK or 1.00MK
NB52 to > BP50NB40-NB50-1.03MK with enc > BP50NB40-NB50-1.03MK with bootloader/full flash > BP60NB10 1.00_HBD from Marty ...

I am trying to rip Disc 1 of the Hey Arnold! complete series.There are 10 episodes on this disc and MakeMKV keeps skipping all of the even-numbered titles with messages about each title being equal to the one before it:

Title #04 in VTS 3 is equal to title #03 and was skipped
Title #06 in VTS 4 is ...
