What did you use to "copy the data"? Did it report any errors? MakeMKV is designed to read directly from the Bluray, so you don't have to copy the BD to the local disk. Doing so disables MakeMKV's ability to re-try reads on parts of the disk that might "copy" to the hard drive, ...
