I have exported HDR 10+ and Dolby Vison metadata via DaVinci Resolve. Hi, you can use the script in my signature (workflow 1-1) to inject both metadata. Or use the Dovi_tool and HDR10plus_tool to inject manually, you can find these tools on quietvoid's GitHub. Has anybody got a link to a decent tut...

I am still curious what your personal preference is between internal and x800. If you don't mind sharing!

I doubt this will ever be fixed and the different L1/L2 responses doesnt seem to affect actual content. Also, I don't think it's related to CMV2.9 vs CMV4.0 devices. Here's my observations so far... X800m2/x700: L1 low contrast and L2 offset 0.75 doesnt work no issue with "multi" pattern ...
