I've got a fix that worked for me. In terminal.app, run codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/MakeMKV.app If successful, you should get "replacing existing signature" response. Now, jump over to Privacy & Security -> Files and Folders Here you may want to uncheck and recheck....
