I have read that post a number of times with regards on getting the HK file:
Enable Internet access is enabled
but the big comment about fairuse.org not being used anymore but went through that debug:

I am still not able to rip Disc 1 but have Disk 2 done. I get the following error:
Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed

Cannot find any real answer to the above question. I can download the sdf.bin.gz file.

Can someone share how they got disc 1 to work? Thanks.
