Still experiencing the same error. Tried latest version, the same error. Any solutions, please?

I do have an optical disc drive connected with USB. This is the same set up with that one time I used MakeMKV last year. I'm playing dvds and bds with video players right now. Only MakeMKV doesn't work for me.

Almost all buttons greyed out
(Sorry for my bad English.) Hi. I'm fairly new to MakeMKV, so I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong or right. I used MakeMKV once one or two years ago, and I remember that it was perfectly fine and very easy to use. And now I'm trying to use it again today (with the latest version), but I'm failin...
