Actually, I think I found the bug already.

The bad news is that its milestone is Bugs paradize which means "no definite deadline release" and thus, the work status is "not started".

Unfortunately both Gnome Mplayer and SMplayer don't show subtitles.

Subtitles take too long to disappear from VLC screen
I play blurays streaming them to VLC. It works great (thank you guys), but I have a little problem with subtitles. Every subtitle line takes dozens of seconds (I don't know exactly) to disappear from screen. It is time enough to you forget the subtitle is there and then you notice the line and think...
