I am trying to copy contents of Stargate Atlantis BluRay to my computer. Each disc contains 5 episodes plus a few extras. The extras include some episodes with voiceover. So the video is the same, but the audio is different. MakeMKV gives the "File A is the same as File B and has been skipped&q...
