Turns out it might have been my fault. I thought I had enabled expert mode but I hadn't. So when I went and turned that on and tried again, it could actually read the disc. Before that, it would fail saying it couldn't open the disc (the reason I do not remember, sorry). But after turning on Expert ...

Trouble with Captain America: Civil War
I have a Pioneer BDR-XD07TUHD BDXL and I'm happily ripping away Blu-Rays. Amazing software 
Now, my problem is that I can't seem to rip my 4K UHD Blu-Ray of Captain America: Civil War. Is that a known issue? Did I mess up and buy a drive that isn't UHD compatible?
