I tried the key from viewtopic.php?p=3548 but it didn't work (on Windows, on Linux the code worked).

MakeMKV is great and work on linux and windows (os-x I can't test).
I had NO issues. Easy to use and with great result. Some video encoding would be nice for smaler file size, but on the other hand, MakeMKV is fast and that's also great.
If you need some translation (german) or artwork, let me know.
