Same issue here just upgraded to official 15.4 and now Make MKV has fatal error, working perfectly today before upgrade.

Just updated to IOS 15.4 and now MakeMKV has a Fatal Error Occurred and will not work. I've already uninstalled and reinstall nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Attaching files doesn't work. Putting the file name in the message does, after you email the file to svq@makemkv.com for submission. It's actually the file name that us "normal people" need; Mike's the one that needs the .TGZ file.
