Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I am getting the error, "video can't be decrypted" "Backup failed" for this disc. Attaching the dump file.

I didn't see anyone else post about this disc, so maybe a problem with this specific edition (from Disney Movie Club).

I returned to amazon and got a replacement. It completed the backup this time, but gave file check errors on 2 of the files. ...
