Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Hmm, the back of the retail box shows Dolby Vision for sure , so unless it's weird authoring mistake, maybe you should also try and remux from .m2ts using mkvtoolnix or latest DGDemux to confirm? So, I've done all of this and the same outcome: no DV. Given the fact this movie has a Dolby grade for ...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
You've got the new superman uhd iso already? just submit it to makemkv and they will decrypt it and you will be able to plot it... it should have DV though: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Superman-4K-Blu-ray/378494/ It should have DV but here's the MediaInfo: General Unique ID : 2172605518789486706...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
I have a copy of both Superman's digital release with Dolby Vision and an ISO of the movie but somehow without Dolby Vision, just HDR. It's a legit copy otherwise. Is there a way for me to merge the DV stream to the MKV of the disc? I can send both to anyone who can help. I've seen the tutorial but ...

Re: Transformers Dark of the Moon 4k UHD
Wanted to bump this. I'm getting issues with this, too. I've already ripped the rest of the films except this one. It's never been used before, the disc is clean, I even played it on a separate player and nothing skipped or anything. My player is a Verbatim 43888 for reference. The error keeps sayin...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Looking at Bikeriders in the Green area. Don't understand why. It seems worse than the original grade on the UHD. I know you labeled it "MDP mismatch" but I don't see it being in green.

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
i dont remember In your "grade master check" section on your Google Sheets, you listed encoders to avoid doing DV hybrids. Any opinions on DVSUX, TEPES, LEGiON, DVT, FraMeSToR (not MainFrame), HuN-TRiNiTY, and Flights? I know that's a lot, I had no idea this was a full fledged community.

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Probably a silly question but I know the UB820 isn't recommended for file playback but I love its tone-mapping feature. Should I just keep that if I wanna play discs and use the x800m2 for files? Does self-tone-mapping even matter for files, DoVi or otherwise? For reference, I use a ForMovie Theater...
