This one is driving me crazy. Disk is glass clean. No smudge, no scratch, no distortion. Plays just fine on a DVD player, a blu ray player, and even the computer in the drive I am trying to rip it on. But I get a backup failed after 2 minutes. I really want this video on my computer.
