If you're on the first screen in MakeMKV and you have a disc in the drive, you have to click the big disc icon to get to the title selection screen where the 'Save Selected Titles' button will be active.

Hi, New to this forum and can't seem to find an answer for this. I only use the 'backup' button and make full backups of my 4k disks and seems to work perfectly so far.
