Ahh, thanks! I'm guessing my disc 11 may just be damaged then. I don't see anything obvious on it (and I did try cleaning it already).

It looks like Series 11 disk 1 has a similar issue? I'm hitting this same issue. As a Windows user, I don't have cvlc (and the Debian WSL was not working easily for me). Any recommendations on how to get the MKV file from this disk? I was able to rip the disk to an ISO using imgburn, but I was having problems still trying to get an MKV out of it. Bel...
