I can't get it to rip too. I've tried both drives I own. Gets about 1/10th done and will keep going with no progress for nearly an hour before I close it.

Hey, iFrog. Did you ever find the difference between 850 and 802? As you said already, all the audio, subtitle files and chapter counts are the same between the two. only difference listed in makemkv information is the segment map. I tried watching parts of both but I could not find a single differe...
