It appears to have been a bad disk. I got a new one, and it worked.

Iron Man 2: "ILLEGAL MODE FOR THIS TRACK" error
See attached logs. Can't pull a copy of either the extended or standard length streams. Things I've tried: rebooting; ripping with and without AnyDVD HD running; doing a backup copy with MakeMKV (failed); ripping image to disk with AnyDVD HD. Ideas? I'm aware of and have tried this: http://www.makem...
