I can confirm that keydb entry seems to work on my copy (MKB20_v77_UHF_CEC0).

Try cleaning the disc with a microfiber cloth first. If that doesn't help then yeah try for a replacement.

Bought a BDR-S13U-X late last week and it arrived today. Works great in an enclosure (but is a very tight fit, apparently common for these Pioneer drives) and was able to rip my problematic The Abyss 4K disc that my LG drive chokes on with no problems.

MakeMKV currently has a feature where if a subtitle track has no forced subtitles, those streams are removed from the final MKV file. Got my copy from Amazon today. Tried it on my LG WH16NS60 and it just stopped halfway through ripping. No errors or anything. The disc itself stopped spinning in the drive. Also the drive seemed to be locked up for the whole computer and thought it still had the disc in it after I ejected and remove...

Decrypting works now! No issues with ripping either.

Disc key unknown, dump submitted. Mine is the Walmart version but I'm not sure if they're any different outside of packaging.
