Re: Segmentation fault on Arch Linux

I don't think people just posting that they have the problem also is very helpful. I imagine Mike will get the idea at this point. Until this project uses a proper platform to manage communications that can differentiate between general issues like documentation or "this specific disc isn't pr...

Same issue on Manjaro with glib 2.36-1. I really hope that this can be fixed in a timely manner, just bought a bag of DVD's off a second hand store :)
If you're only ripping DVDs, why not use one of the numerous other projects that do that?

Your screen shot looks strange to me. It looks like the DD 5.1 English is 'attached' to the video line. I don't see that on my system. The audio lines are alway separate from the video line. Re: 4K Ultra HD BLU RAY

Some movies are a lot more worth the upgrade than others. Movies like Lord of the Rings, Blade Runner, Lawrence of Arabia, etc, are worth it. Other movies are probably sufficient in blu-ray.

I definitely buy new movies in 4k whenever available though.

Dolby Atmos (TrueHD) for Lawrence of Arabia not showing up

I recently picked up this steelbook and I went to rip it and noticed that the Atmos track does not show up. I played the disc in my blu-ray player so I know the disc definitely has Atmos. Has anyone else ripped these discs and did or didn't get the Atmos track? Screenshot_20220609_150544.png UPDATE:...

Really make sure you thoroughly cleaned them and then you might have to try a few times before they rip successfully. I remember having issues with those discs as well.
