Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
This problem is observed only on Disney+ and Netflix web-dl and only when playing over the network (NAS or DLNA PC), if run via usb, everything will work. If RESET_9999 knows the treatment method, it will be great, but as far as I know, when building mp4box, it will not be possible to make a workin...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
I get it. I thought it will export all subs which are muxed into TS stream.RESET_9999 wrote: ↑Sat May 06, 2023 12:03 am1- yea that option is just for the forced subs which is only what I need but I could add an option to export also the full subs.

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
@RESET_9999 I've tried TS workflow on LG CX 1. DLNA - native webOS player - works perfectly, 0 audio/video glitches. FF/REW is a bit slower than MP4, but that doesn't bother me 2. Jellyfin WebOS app - works perfectly. You can choose subs, but because they are PGS, they will cause an error. I have 2 ...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
@RESET_9999 I've used MP4 workflow with DV P5 mkv (workflow 7 if i recall correctly). After converting I'm getting random audio dropouts during playback on LG CX (internal player). I'm using latest scripts (1.8.3). Did you had similar issues? I've used your scripts in the past (maybe a year ago) and...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
The only downside of using TS on LG TVs is that you have to use external SRT subs. Some comments here recently said that ext srt doesn't work but on my end (PLEX C2), it still works. I think it works with Plex/Jellyfin, but it doesn't work with built-in WebOS player (if you trigger the file via DLN...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
thanks for the reply. can you please let me know what version of jellyfin you did this in? is FF/REW working for you with m2ts files in jellyfin? I had to move to Emby because FF/REW was not working for me with m2ts files in jellyfin and I can not use plex because it transcodes when SRT is enabled....

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
can you please confirm if you can FF/RW on the WebOS media player app with TS/m2ts files? I just tested my C8 with DV TS files and I can confirm that FF/RW works on both PLEX and webOS app. the file i tried had closed gop though Hi @RESET_9999 Finally got round to testing this. can confirm FF/REW w...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
I'm trying to convert MKV P5 to TS using DOVI_scripts so I can play it on LG CX. I select 5 (MODE B) DOVI batch muxer then drag and drop a file. Audio and video gets converted correctly, but SRT file gets converted to PGS format which is not supported by LG CX. Is there any workflow which can accomp...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
I never owned an oppo (or clone). But if I had to choose I would go for the x800m2 because of DT-DL TS support without any bug. And I'm not a fan of BDMV folders or ISO storage (not practical) but that's just my opinion and if it turns out the oppo doesnt have the bug described in these videos, I w...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
yeah do not place the dovi_scripts folder into a folder named TEMP because the script will always delete it I've read the source of the script and seen that it's hardcoded to temp folder for every workflow. I think you should put disclaimer in the readme that temp folder will be erased. And it woul...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Hello, I've tried latest DoVI scripts (1.4.6). Did the following: 1. Extracted all scripts and tools to C:\Temp\Dovi_Scripts 2. Commented out Dolby Encoder because I don't have it (line 59) ::set DEE_path=D:\other\DEE5.2.0\dee.exe 3. set tsmuxer.popup=YES and mkvtoolnix.popup=NO 4. Started .bat file...
