Is it possible to manually set the MKV encoder framerate?
I recently did a Blue ray disc the encoded MKV framerate says encoded at 23.976 FPS
but I believe the source to be 29.976 FPS.

Hi. I have the latest makemkv at time of writing. Placed my DVD in for operation clicked the icon and the log window kept repeating wrong dvd region on player trying to work around.
