I keep getting error codes when I try to rip dvd's. What is the best way to post the errors so that someone can help me figure out what the problem is?

I am using an Archgon DVD writer and have been able to rip a few DVD's but on a lot of them I keep getting the error message "Failed to open disc". I don't know what is causing this to happen and was wondering what I might could do to correct the problem.

I finally was able to flash my drive to BU40N 1.00 but now I have a new problem. When I insert a 4K disc in the drive, after a few minutes to shows the name of the movie where it shows label but at the bottom I get these errors. Does anyone have a fix for this? I read over the information but I am still having problems trying to flash the drive. The only steps I see is to 1. select the drive and then 2. select the firmware and then 3. make sure Write Firmware is selected. That is all I know to do unless I am missing some other steps. Please let me know.

I downloaded the flasher tool and the firmware. When I select the firmware you mentioned and hit the Start button I get this error message: "Command produced error code 0x8f052603." Is there something I am doing wrong?

I just purchased an Archgon MD-8107S-U3YC blu ray drive and need help understanding how to flash the drive to play and rip 4K movies. Which firmware do I need to download for this drive and anything else I might need to know to do it.
