Boy, that was easy -- I started Handbrake, selected the BD, selected the video by length (only one that was 2:45), and got an MKV video file, h265 compression, in a few minutes.

I have the same problem with the BD: Gavin & Stacey - The Complete Collection - Series Two. One of the extras, 2:45 long, is extracted without sound, but the sound is there when the BD is played. Did you ever find an easy way to get the sound off the BD? I will try to get it with Handbrake, but ...
