Same result unfortunately.
I'm just gonna give up on HDR ripping and use my dedicated drive for it. Not as convenient as solid state but it's fine.

make sure your madvr is not tonemapping and passing through the hdr also what gpu do you have? GPU is an AMD Radeon 6800xt. Update: I was able to fix the issue by re-installing Windows 10. I'm just gonna assume the update somehow corrupted one driver or another.
