Believe it or not, it's a bug in MakeMKV. It will be corrected certainly in a next version. There is no workaround for now. Hey, resurrecting this more than a decade later, since my father-in-law is just running into this right now. Can we confirm this was fixed, and in what version? Thanks! Doug
