I have a similar situation with a blu-ray version of Constantine which is about 27GB. MakeMKV produces 20 MKV files, 3 of around 11GB and the rest of various sizes. You say you see no discernible difference between the two. I take that to mean you've made an .MKV of each. When I ran MakeMKV on Star Wars II - Attack of the Clones it produced two MKV files of 3.9GB, according to the title list one was Angle 1 the other Angle 2 but I can see no discernible differences when viewing them. Where is best place to get MKVPROPEDIT?

Tried to convert BlueRay ISO and received a pop-up complaing that AnyDVD was active. This pop up did not appear with any other type of ISO.
Disabled AnyDVD and restarted MakeMKV but still get the pop-up.
