Mine is MKB20_v77_Pi_1998_624A.tgz. Since there's only the one source for this disc, I'd imagine they're all the same.

UHD dump file submitted. All other discs rip fine.

Since it's been a month and a half with no fix for this, I decided to try again on another drive. This was the output... Any thoughts? No complaints, but this has been over a month and still not working. My concern would be that it can't be fixed, and I won't have any way to find out. Does anyone know a way to get a general status (other than just waiting and trying once in a while)?

I was finally able (after three discs) to get a dump file on this release, which I've submitted. Error reported is "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted".

Just received the Imprint Zhang Yimou / Gong Li box set, and exactly the same issue. Speaking with Imprint support (who were dismissive), they hinted that there is "encryption" that "may" prevent it from playing. So my guess is this is intentional, and likely affects all Imprint ...

This is a known issue, and Criterion will replace the discs (I had to do the same for my set). Email mulvaney@criterion.com for help.
