I've sent the requested data for one of the disks to the support address. I'm assuming that only one will be needed to work out what the problem is, but can send the other four if necessary.

I'm fairly sure it's regular BD. There's no mention of UHD on the case, and each disk is around 45-50 GB in size, if that helps pin it down.

I didn't see any errors when it tried to get the key file yesterday. I'm afraid I've lost that particular log now, but running just now gives me this in the ...
