I found that folder and I downloaded that "dsall.svq" I put it in the folder but it still doesn't work. Do I replace the "00000029.svq" file?

Got it to work by converting to ISO using:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/aquaiso/

Then using MakeMKV.

Note choose the parent folder of the Video_TS folder while using AquaISO and not the acvtual Video_TS folder.

Returned and got another disc and it worked. The returned disc was a pretty new disc though and only played once before before.

It is the original bluray disc. It almost finishes, but fails toward the end.
