I too created an account so I could leave a review. I had a perfectly pleasant and rewarding experience with Alex. I contacted him, he quickly sent me a list of options, I picked the options I wanted (drive, without a case, and a single use license for MakeMKV). He invoiced me and I paid with PayPal...
