And what dcoke22 meant was, what player software are you using? VLC, WMP, Cyberlink?

I am using MPC-HC. The same problem exists in VLC too.
How do I remux it with mkvtoolnix ? What settings do I need to use ?

My "solution" is handbrake.

I bought a total of 3 individual copies of the same movie. After ripping, all 3 have the same frame issue. Could it be the manufacturing error ?

You can get away without a video card you can just use display port with that setup that has HDR or you can use a display port to HDMI 2.0/2.1 converter cable to get HDR.

Long as you have an HDR display and HDR capable video card you can watch them. Lots of programs can do it so require windows to be in HDR mode some can automatically turn it on for you.
