Has anyone already figured out what the episode order on the discs is for the Amazon US complete series boxset? I tried thediscdb but it doesn't look like DVD boxsets are on there.

I currently have a BU40N flashed to MK1.03, it seems to top out at 25.8M/s (6.0X). Are there any drives that go faster than that for ripping movies/TV from 4K Blu-Ray?
