Figured that - but there's no metadata that mentions Dolby Vision - so how can a player know?

I thought I'll ask the question here, rather than create a new thread.
I've ripped some UHDs (backup, not to mkv), and I notice that media info doesn't mention Dolby Vision in the m2ts file:

ID : 0 (0x0)
Complete name : C:\Video\backup\Ready Player One (2018)\BDMV\STREAM\00014.m2ts
Format ...

Ugh! Looked at the box - and it has NB52 for it's SVC code. But I looks like I was able to flash an MK firmware onto it ...

Yeah you won't be able to flash it to a BP60 for now then. to read UHD.


You could try cross-flashing it to BU40N 1.03-MK instead?? Not sure if it will work ...
