It seems that libredrive didn't activate and the drive's certificate was revoked. This has happened to me once before with a 43888 and a reboot of the drive and MakeMKV fixed it. That's why the first thing I said to you was to unplug the drive for a minute before plugging it in again.

Can you not use the hub and just connect the drive direct to the PC ports?

Well...knock on wood and I hope I'm not speaking too soon, but I have two USB PC ports so I plugged each drive into one and both just ripped a UHD successfully. 🤷‍♂️

Does your dock have it's own power supply? Is it greater than 30w? It does, and it is 130w. Good. very strange though. Maybe that USB port is faulty? Can you try switching the drive to another port or switch another drive to that port? And wonderful... I start my ripping today and now BOTH of these...

Did it actually ship, or did you just get a tracking number? Check the tracking number to see if it has actually been received by the post office and in transit. He got me on that one.
