I've experienced this with some 4K blu rays too. I'd suggest; - Remove the disc - Restart the computer - Open MakeMKV, insert the disk - As soon as the disc is recognised, rip the entire disc to a folder using the 'Make Backup' option - You can then create an MKV from the backup folder, not the dis...

I have cleaned the disc at least 10 times with 3M microfibre cloth.

Where is the logic in spending more money when that might not resolve it?
