had to make a decrypted backup with makemkv, and then use tsmuxerGUI and mkvtoolsnix to get a working mkv with chapters.
took me several attempts. trying with the new beta once I've got enough time to spare.

Hello there. I have the same problem with the disc. at least the newer version of makeMKV recognizes the valid length of the main feature, 1:32:28 instead of 40 odd something minutes.
