Hope someone can answer this: I have a 23.976fps web-dl with HDR10+ and the same movie in 24fps 4K remux. Is it possible to convert the HDR10+ to DV and inject it to the remux even if the frame rates are different?

Anyone know the best and fastest way to count the frame difference on a mac to match/sync the RPU? Haven't found a good way yet...
