I tried to flash the drive firmware in order to enable LibreDrive, but unfortunately it failed with the following message:


makemkvcon f --all-yes -d /dev/sr0 -v rawflash -i ~/Downloads/mk-firmware-pack-20200720/MK/HL-DT-ST/BH16NS60/HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BH16NS60-1.02-NM00600 ...

Please try the newest flasher 1.2.2 from here and make sure the tray is closed and you have no disc in the drive.
