Re: MKV audio goes out of Sync
Update. I tried DVDFAb to rip to MKV and there is no problem. So it appears to be an issue with MakeMKV and the Dune H1 which uses a Sigma chip.
Any ideas ?

Re: What BluRay file is the English Version ?
Good tip, thank you. Just ripping another film and I have deleted all the non English subtitles and audio/video. Much easier. For some reason I have never considered that you could expand those selections...doh!

Re: What BluRay file is the English Version ?
Thanks for replying. The film is the superb "UP" I guess that as BluRays are region free (?) but I am in the UK the first file is the UK one ? Reason I say that is I have just, overnight, ripped the movie and actually have 6 24-25 GB files and the first one is English...probaly just luck ?...

Ripping Movies From PS3
I was thinking about buying a BluRay player fro my PC but .... they are so expensive given that they are early products. My PS3 sits right next to my PC and has a BluRay player of course. It would make logical sense to rip from the PS3 to the HDD and then dump to an external USB drive and onto the P...

Re: Titles Missing from Rip/Convert
Yes I did...its my prefered method now as it is fast and produces great quality. I've also tried ripping using DVD Shrink, DVDFab 8, DVD Decrypter and a couple of others. It rips OK but only MakeMKV fails to rip all the episodes. Having said that the only application that actually converts them all ...

Re: Titles Missing from Rip/Convert
Bit more investigation. Turns out some programs don't actually see the episodes only the same two. Only one that does and can convert each episode is Handbrake. MakeMKV stubbornly refuses to see more that two files (episodes) I was tempted to blame the DVD but that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyon...

Titles Missing from Rip/Convert
Ok..I'm busy ripping and converting Curb Your Enthusiasm box set and all is going well until the Fourth Series. Each disk has 5 episodes...so 5 titles on each. But MakeMKV only sees and rips the first two on both discs. DVD Shrink sees all 5 episodes when I rip but again, when I convert with Make Mk...

Re: Converted DVDs on Mezzmo on TV But Not Found
Yes...difficult to pin down to be honest but yes, it was Mezzmo in the end. To do with device profile for TV... now I'm flying.
