Thank-you that worked.
I was able to use MakeMKV now on an UHD disks. I also paid for the copy of MakeMKV.
Does anyone know if there is a ROM that is safe to flash to this drive to make it AnyDVD friendly as well?

I think I went down this path partially before and then stumbled. I didn't find a direct match for: "BU40N 1.03MK" I found two so far 1) HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BU40N-1.04-NM00500-212005061142.bin in the Mk-firmware-pack 2) HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BU40N-1.03-NM00000-211810241934 which is from the "All ...
