Which LG drive to buy?
I have a choice between the WH16NS40 or WH14NS40. I don't really care about 4K and I am not spending a small fortune on a drive just because. I just need another ripping drive since my very old extra BD drive bit the dust the other day.

Blu-Rays ripped with MakeMKV produce extra video stream when encoded to HEVC
I cannot identify what is causing this and I am not suggesting that MakeMKV is the cause but since my Blu-Rays start out as rips from MakeMKV I figured I would ask here. I use FFmpeg Batch AV Converter to encode all my rips to HEVC. Something I noticed several years ago when I ripped a few Blu-Rays ...

Why is "_t00" added to each file name?
I don't like this, it is a hassle to keep removing it....why is it being added and is there an easy way to make it stop...PLEASE. LOL

I have had a lot of trouble with ffmpeg encoded DVD rips with stuttering and jerky playback at times when rapid motion is involved. Then I found out that this is because many DVDs use 3:3 pulldown for interacing and simply running a deinterlacer like yadif or bwdif do not properly handle the deinter...
